“Rooms are clean and staff is very present on site. The rooms are a tad dated with the bathroom and kitchen area but that’s to be expected in an older beach town. The location is key if you have kids. It’s right on the beach with a short walk between the grass to get to your setup. Great for bathroom breaks and grabbing snacks from your room. “This location is perfect when staying at old Orchard Beach. The staff is very welcoming and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The beach is literally across the street. There is a trolley right in front that brings you downtown for $2 dollars. There is also a very cute bistro connected to the Inn. I will definitely rate this a solid, 8.5/10.”
